OUR COMMITMENT

Safety is built into every shift

From the moment you check in to the moment you leave, your safety is our first priority. Our equipment is inspected and sanitized on a set schedule, our staff are trained and background-checked, and our floor is designed so families can play with confidence. We'd rather pause a machine than risk a problem — and our crew is empowered to do exactly that.

This page lays out our key policies. If anything is unclear, just ask any team member on the floor or get in touch before your visit.

KEEP IT SAFE

Sanitized Equipment

VR headsets, controllers and high-touch surfaces are cleaned between uses and deep-sanitized daily.

Trained Staff

Every team member is trained in safety and first aid, and all floor staff are background-checked.

Secure Check-In

Guests check in at the front desk, and minors receive wristbands matched to a guardian for safe pickup.

HOUSE RULES

A few rules keep it fun for everyone

  • No running, pushing or roughhousing on the floor or in the queues.
  • Follow all posted signs and any instruction from Quackade staff.
  • Wear socks and closed shoes; some zones require closed-toe footwear.
  • No outside food or drink except for booked party packages.
  • Treat machines and equipment with care — report any damage to staff.
  • No smoking, vaping or alcohol. We are a family, all-ages venue.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to keep the floor safe.
AGE & SUPERVISION

Who needs a grown-up

Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18+ inside the center at all times. Guests aged 13–17 may visit without a guardian present but must check in with a valid guardian contact on file. One supervising adult may accompany up to four children. Guardians are responsible for their group's conduct and for collecting wristband-matched minors at pickup.

VR & RIDE SAFETY

Before you gear up

Our VR experiences carry a minimum age of 8 and a height guideline posted at the zone entrance. A trained VR attendant fits and sanitizes every headset and gives a short safety briefing before play. Stay inside the marked play area, keep the lanyard on, and remove the headset immediately if you feel dizzy or unwell.

VR and motion experiences may not be suitable for guests who are pregnant, prone to motion sickness, or have heart conditions, epilepsy or photosensitivity. If in doubt, sit it out — or ask staff for a gentler option. Take breaks between sessions and stay hydrated.

ALLERGY & FIRST AID

If something goes wrong

First-aid kits are kept at the front desk and at least one trained first-aider is on shift during all open hours. If anyone is hurt or feels unwell, find a staff member right away — we'll handle it calmly and quickly. For serious emergencies we will call 911 and notify the listed guardian.

Our snacks and party catering may contain or come into contact with common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten and eggs. Please tell us about any allergies when booking a party or ordering food, and our team will do their best to accommodate. We cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.
