These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QUACKADE website, our online bookings and your visit to our family entertainment center ("QUACKADE," "we," "us" or "our"). Please read them carefully.
01Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, making a booking, or entering our venue, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any posted rules and safety signage at the venue. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or visit the venue. If you are booking on behalf of others, you agree to these Terms for everyone in your group.
02Visits & Bookings
General admission is walk-in during open hours — no ticket purchase is required. Party packages and group bookings may be reserved by request, subject to availability; prices, packages and availability may change without notice. Party bookings are confirmed once we contact you and any required deposit is received. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may shorten your session. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
03Conduct & House Rules
To keep QUACKADE safe and fun for everyone, all guests must follow our house rules and the instructions of our staff. This includes treating equipment, attractions and other guests with respect; following posted safety rules for each zone; no fighting, harassment, intoxication or disruptive behavior; and no outside food, drink or weapons unless expressly permitted. We may refuse entry to, or remove from the venue, any guest who breaks these rules, without refund.
04Age & Supervision
QUACKADE is designed for guests of many ages, but some attractions have minimum age, height or health requirements that will be posted. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, and some areas require a parent or guardian to remain on site. By bringing a child, the accompanying adult accepts responsibility for that child's conduct and safety.
05Liability & Assumption of Risk
Active entertainment — including virtual reality, arcade games, claw machines and party activities — involves inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily accept those risks for yourself and any minors in your care. You agree to use all attractions as intended and as instructed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QUACKADE is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Please review and follow all safety guidance before and during your visit.
06Photography & Media on Premises
For the safety and enjoyment of our guests, QUACKADE may photograph or record within the venue for security and promotional purposes. By entering, you acknowledge that you and members of your group may appear in such media, and you grant us permission to use it. If you prefer not to be featured in promotional material, please let a staff member know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
07Intellectual Property
The QUACKADE name, logo, website content, designs and graphics are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission, except as allowed for personal, non-commercial browsing of the site.
08Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current one, and changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the site or venue after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
09Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which QUACKADE operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of QUACKADE will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state.
